Maupin's customer support told me exactly what I needed to fix my well and where to purchase the parts. I did exactly what I was told to do, and my well is now working at 100%. I received a phone call from my wife that the well pump stopped working as soon as I got to work. I called James Maupin and left a message. He called back within 20 minutes and was able to solve the problem over the phone. I really appreciate him taking the time to walk us through the process of getting our pump back up and running.

I can't think of a single system around my house where I could be more taken advantage of than my well. After giving Maupin's a call, not only did I get my well fixed, but he took the time to show me how it worked and what things I could do myself to save some money in the future. Truly an honest family-run business.

The Packard in my irrigation well failed. The personnel showed up on time within eight days from my call for a problem that was not an emergency and was less important than fixing a household well. They were more than patient with my curiosity about well depth, water table, PSI draw, how the check valve worked, etc. They did a thoroughly professional job. Although they are not cheap, they are worth the work they do. I recommend them without hesitation. I will call them again should I have any problems.

I was referred to a competitor business that had a two-week backlog. These guys came out the same week and diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t a cheap fix, but it was good quality, very professional, and reliable. I didn’t even know I had a f***ing well!
